We are based in Graffham, West Sussex and cover all of the local and surrounding areas, we will travel further by negotiation and for any occasion - parties, weddings, charity events, celebrations, festivals, concerts, corporate events. All of our dishes can be cooked inside or outside.

Please note we have a minimum fee of £450 per event.

To accept a booking for an event we will need a 25% deposit or a minimum £125.00 booking fee at the time of reservation. The balance of payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event date. If a booking is made within 2 weeks of the event date we will require full payment.

Payment can be made by visa/mastercard, cash or cheque. Bookings are not confirmed until funds have been cleared by our bank. The following terms & conditions will apply:

Cancellations made by the client more than 6 weeks prior the event will receive a full refund. 4-6 weeks prior to the date will have half the deposit returned. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation within 2 weeks of your party all monies paid are Non Refundable.


All of our staff are trained to the NCASS Safe Food Standards with the minimum of Level 1 - 2 in Food Hygiene & Safety. These courses are City & Guilds accredited.

We monitor our food supply chain very carefully to ensure the best hygiene practice of suppliers and that our methods of transportation and storage are compliant with Environmental Health requirements before we arrive and during our time at your event.

We have public liability insurance for up to £10m. Certification available for inspection by request.


Setting up time by prior arrangement. We usually need a couple of hours to set up and get ready to start cooking. An electric supply and readily available source of water would be a great help as well as the facility to dispose of washing up water and any surplus clean water.

Clearing up time dependant on your requirements, please ask for further details.

We use butane gas to provide the flame for the paella burners. Please advise us at the time of booking if there are any health and safety restrictions on using gas canisters at your event .
